Cyber Liability AI Risk Advisor

Meet CLAIR.

Your client just asked what a widespread event exclusion means. For the ninth time this month.

Cyber is the fastest-growing line in the book and the slowest conversation in the office. CLAIR answers the questions that eat your producers’ week, in the language of the policy, with the clause attached.

CLAIR will ask to use your microphone. Your camera stays off.

Every answer, with its citation.

Every answer CLAIR gives is traceable to a clause or a data source. Here is one, exactly the way a session returns it.

Asked

“My carrier added a widespread event exclusion. What does that actually take away?”

CLAIR

It removes cover for loss arising from a cyber event that affects a large number of unrelated organisations at once: a shared cloud provider outage, a common software supply-chain compromise, or a mass exploitation campaign. A single-company ransomware event against you is unaffected. The exposure it creates is correlation. If your managed service provider is compromised alongside its other clients, the same incident may fall outside cover even though your own controls held.

CLAIR answers only from the CLAIR corpus: standard and manuscript policy forms, carrier appetite guides, regulatory notification regimes, published claims precedent and industry loss data, maintained by Avanew and refreshed as forms and appetite material change. Where the corpus has no answer, CLAIR says so and routes the question to a human.

Who it is for.

  • Retail brokers and producers

Answer tier-one client questions instantly, and arrive at the renewal meeting with the coverage conversation already half done.

  • Underwriting and wholesale teams

Receive submissions that are complete, consistent, and framed against the controls that actually move price.

  • Insureds, CISOs and risk managers

See which controls actually move price, where the gap sits, and what evidence a carrier will want, before the application is opened.

    Value proposition

The problem CLAIR solves, what changes when it is in the room, the before and after, and where it earns its keep.

From demo to Proof of Value.

Bring your own book’s questions: twenty minutes, one live session, three real scenarios from your own placements. No integration, no data to hand over, and no procurement conversation to start.

And if it holds up, a Proof of Value is 30 days. The technical lift is close to zero. CLAIR is hosted and browser-based, so embedding it is a subdomain or an iframe. The only real work is loading the forms and appetite material for one segment, and that work is ours.

  1. Week 0

    Scope

One practice group, 10 to 20 producers, one segment. Agree the 20 questions that matter.

  2. Week 1

    Corpus

We load the forms and appetite material for that segment. This is the whole build.

  3. Weeks 2 to 5

    Use

Producers use it live on real conversations. Every session logged.

  4. Week 5

    Readout

Read the transcripts. What was asked, how the answers held, whether submissions came through cleaner.

  • You supply

The forms and appetite material, a named owner, 10 to 20 users, and one reviewer who reads transcripts.

  • We supply

The hosted instance, the corpus load, the session transcripts, and a weekly readout.

  • Not required

Integration, client data, workflow change, or a platform procurement.

Producer-facing first.

CLAIR answers your producer, and your producer answers the client. Same saving on service hours, same submission quality, and it keeps your professional liability and legal review out of the trial. Client-facing deployment is the second conversation, once the transcripts show the answers hold.
